This applies to both Nick and the chief who led the crew at the time...I forgot his name. They did a great job, especially on the kitchen floors. Nick did his stuff, but the chief was especially friendly and explained the mechanics of cleaning the kitchen floor. It made sense and showed he knew his stuff. Love you guys already, will continue to do so!
