My boss has a brand new LCD TV that was purchased at Costco and just never worked right. I called Samsung and they gave me the info for the local authorized Samsung repair shop. The tv was picked up by these two guys last week. It's been a week, so i called and left them a message earlier today to find out abt. the status of the repair. The main contact guy (Korean guy w/ very think accent) just called back, so i asked him what was the problem...he said "you know the problem already". (the tv was turning off by itself) I said, well, was it because of parts? Did something burn out? Guy -"we know what problem is, we ordered part, and fix it". So i said...I want and need to know. I need to report it to my boss! The guy says..."when u get invoice, you will know."
