...BUYER BEWARE. We made the unfortunate mistake of spending thousands of dollars by purchasing a spa and gazebo from this company. After only two and a half years we're having issues, and apparently my five year warranty is not going to be honored. We've been trying for over three months now to get an acceptable resolution, only to be rejected by the president/CEO of LifeSpas who is denying responsibility.
