I lived in a bad neighborhood/building for years and was at my wits end until Jim and the gang at J Butler came in and it was like everything changed almost overnight.
No more people hanging out in my hallways. Safer buildings. Better hot water. It was so unbeleivable that no one in the building could believe it. Most of us have been here years and I don't know one person who wouldn't say that this is the best property management company out there and we are lucky to have our building managed by them.
Anyone should be happy to hire them!!
I read that bad reviews and thats probably the bad elements or drug dealers that have to leave when J butler took over. Thank God for J Butler and all its employees
