I also received an email from Butler Property Management just asking to go on Citysearch and write a review, negative or positive. I'm surprised after logging on to see some negative reviews. I'm a single girl and live in one of their apartment buildings and have had a very nice experience. When things have broken in my apartment in the past i just made a quick phone call to the office, gave them permission to enter and by the time i returned home from work the problem was resolved. Everyone has always been helpful and courteous and have enjoyed my stay in this apartment.
