their modus operandi is they show you a very nice place which is supposedly being ""undersold"". They make it look like they are very throughout about getting every single minute detail supposedly to be fair when you apply.
They act very nice until they take your money after that it all goes downhill. They will make up any number of reasons for your disqualification and the niceness pretty much goes away.
Do not under any circumstances use them, contact the management company of the building you are interested in and they will give you referrals or talk to them directly. They are nothing just con artist ripping people off.
