Foster?s on Limousine Dr agreed to lower the labor cost $300 to meet another estimate, because they ?could be competitive?. However once they had my car, they refused, citing ?insurance fraud? by lowering rates. They then refused to not fix a scratch on the bottom rocker panel as I had requested. My goal was to keep the price lower so I would not have any insurance points. Because I went with them based on agreement to meet the lower price, I ended up with 2 points, feeling lied to, & feeling taken advantage of financially.
