My wife and I just returned from Michaels and had one of the worst experiences ever. She delt with a woman who made us feel like it was an inconvienence to do a return and purchase or 2 seperate items. She asked us to get to the back of the line for the other item, rathar than doing the two transactions. My wife walked out of the store, and will never return. "" Your lucky that I ran up the 2 items seperately."" Can you believe it?
