Never in my life have I had to deal with a more incompetent staff in my life. They literally did not get one thing right with my Quinceanera. From the dress, to the date of, to the accessories, or even my Quince doll. The entire experience was comical at best. When I finally just asked for my money back the owner, at least he said he was, just more or less told us - tough!!\r

Being my family is full of attorneys I just politely told him I would be suing him. He laughed and said go ahead. I get sued all the time and I never have to pay. \r

Yeesh what a place. You have been warned.. Stay away for your own good.\r
Pros: Pretty Dresses...
Cons: Nothing that requires customer service or common sense.
