The front desk staff is nothing but rude. Whether its calling to make appt. Or keeping your insurance straight and not asking for your card EVERY visit. Total attitudes from these people. So many different doctors there & none can keep up w/ who your child is. They just write prescriptions to get you out of door. Its not personalized AT ALL.... Rating a 1 Only because it is required.
