I've had varying experiences depending on the vet I see with my dog. Admittedly I brought Dr. Erickson a difficult problem when my dog came in with some sort of allergy, but I spent hundreds of dollars on antihistamines and steroids, and could have spent a lot more on expensive diets and flea drugs, when the ultimate problem was a contact allergy to down that I had to eventually sleuth out for myself. Over the course of a few visits, I thought she was abrupt and downplayed my observations about the problem. I would still go back to her with my sick dog, and I believe she has his best interests in mind.
I've also had minor surgery performed on my dog, under the care of a different vet at this practice, and I thought they were caring, compassionate, and wonderful. They followed up about his condition and were willing to discuss treatment alternatives. Also, I felt that their services were reasonably priced compared to other vets around town.
I plan to continue going to AWC in the future.
Pros: Veterinary staff are good at addressing concerns
Cons: Vet is overly focused on selling me veterinary drugs
