Seems to catch a lot and know a lot that other doctors miss. Because he spends much more with patients than the HMOs are willing to schedule or pay for, he runs way behind schedule at times, but he is worth it. Everyone in the waiting rolls their eyes at ""Ruff time"", but NOBODY would think of leaving and going to a different doctor.
Pros: Takes the time to really listen to and examine patients
Cons: Always runs late
