I have studied Iyengar yoga for well over fifteen years, first in the SF Bay Area and now in Portland. Julie Gudmestad's studio offers very detailed instruction on alignment and focuses on the Iyengar principles in a manner that challenges both the mind and body and builds endurance in all areas. I cannot recommend Julie's classes enough. I have also taken classes with Hope, Betsy, Laila and Stuart and enjoyed the classes very much.
