I have been going to this restaurant for over 11 years. The quality of the food is the best I ever had. The only issue I have, is the owner. Masato does not stand behind his product. My wife ordered a chicken dish and it came out cold and hard. The owner had the nerve to blame me for the problem, claiming it was my fault that we should have consulted the waitress 1st about the dish. We DID consult her and I know when I am served old, well done, food. I can't stand foreigners who hide behind a cultural wall claiming differences when they have been here for over 20 years. I told Masato that he lost a valued customer, and I will inform all people I know not to eat at his establishment. In todays economy, how could anyone not take any responsibility for there product. All we wanted to do was reorder a new entree. He was forcing us to pay for the bad food. I paid and walked out. I feel very bad about this, however, I can't bring myself to go back. I tried to reason with Masato, but he was UNREASONABLE. I don t recommend anyone to his restaurants: hashiguchi, hashiguchi jr. and teryaki grill on cobb parkway.
