We've eaten at the FV location several times and the rice balls are always good. It takes a long time for them to cook it though. Everytime we've eaten here the pizza is so soggy! The crust is wet, oily and soaked. The pizza pan always has a puddle of grease where the pizza was sitting. The last time we ate here I ordered the Hawaiian calzone. The crust was good but then when I cut it open there was gobs and gobs of cheese, some pineapple and very little ham. Some of the cheese wasn't even melted, and in the middle it was COLD! And I noticed the dough wasn't even cooked all the way. Very gross! And again, soggy pizza. We've also experienced a rude waitress that was not helpful. Seemed like she didn't like her job. Needless to say we won't be back
