Extremely rude customer service would best describe as ""none"". Phone reps give the impression they are doing you a favor. Very rude and unable to get an honest answer about expected oil delivery. Ran out of fuel when it was frigid, near zero outside. It was a Friday and still didn't know if the oil was going to be delivered. Finally, delivery came at the end of the day. It was very stressful. No good paying customer should put up with the total lack of professionalism this company allows their front desk people to dish out to customers. Front desk people think they know your oil usage better than you. Life circumstances change, i.e., new baby, elderly parents, etc., whether temps change, this company stays the same gives no consideration to customer concerns.
