I had a good experience at the store in November 2010, however I did notice that there were three young ladies around the counter and their work ethics and professionalism need improving. I worked in the public for many years as well and we had to be positive, entergetic and happy at all times - customer satisfaction was no. 1. I don't agree that the customer is always right, but I do agree that they should feel they are right, if they are spending there hard earned money to pay my salary.
