I had been a patient of Dr. Thompson for over 5 years. At first she was a wonderful and caring doctor. Over time and through my first pregnancy she changed. Dr. Thompson's bedside manners were disapointing. She seemed to ridicule me when I would come in for checkups and ask questions about the baby's progress. After delivering a child via c-section she allowed me to only stay at the hospital for 2 days. Even the nurses told me I could stay longer to recover and work more on breastfeeeding my newborn. When I asked Dr. T she gave me attitude because she had "already prepared my discharge papers." \r
When I returned for my 6 week appt. I asked if I could have more time off from work because my peditrician and I were concerned that mybaby had not gained weight since birth. I was also experiencing some emotional issues and did not feel that I was ready to return to work. Dr. Thompson's response was "no" and a sarcastic" sorry we don't do fraud here." Never in my life had I been so insult
