Rick has been serving the hobby community for 20 plus years now, not to mention the morotcycle enthisuast before that! He has the best shop in an 200 mile raduis. He has or can order anything you need. His prices are at or below mail order, so why bother ordering? RCHobbies has supported the local RC airplane club Rocket Ciry Radio Controllers for as long a i can remember. \r
If you have had problems with service, look around? I would venture to guess that there were a lot of customers in the shop, like 15 or 20 or more,and the employees were busy.
