The food at the Ram Restaurant is pretty good. Burgers and sandwiches were tasty and the fish and chips were worth the price.\r

Beer is meh. I had the red IPA and my wife had the blonde. There are much better places in town that brew their own.\r

The service was abysmal. It took over 15 minutes for us to be greeted by our server. Food and drinks took a long time to show up. She was not very quick at checking in with us and the table with the kid at it seemed to be much more important than any of her other customers in the bar. All told we were there for an hour and a half and we did not dally over our drinks.\r

Let me explain the bar situation; we ate in the bar, we like eating in the bar because as a couple we enjoy an adult eating experience. Biggest beef was the mom and her kid seated in the bar. OLCC rules do no allow for that, but this restaurant does not seem to care about those rules as they even seated another family (2 kids) in the bar with the approval of the front desk.\r

This was not our first time here either. We had eaten here before and like the food, but the service was poor. We decided to give them another chance. Bad choice on our part.\r

I would not bother going to this place. Despite the food being pretty good, there are lots of places around town that offer excellent food and excellent service. It is just not worth it because of their service.\r
