The customer service from the employee's is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable and nice - they even offered to carry my dog food out to the car for me. The OWNER on the other hand has horrible customer service, he is rude, looks unclean, unlocked the door but didn't bother to open it for the line of us waiting outside and appeared very stressed and the store hadn't even opened up yet.. Ya never get another first impression. Great store and I'm glad they are back in Renton- I'll only be dealing with the staff however..
