I was yelled at and treated horribly by a postal worker named Willy first on the phone when I asked if I had a package there then he hung up on me then when I went into get my daughters Christmas present from her grandmother he continued to be rude to me then when he realized I was not the person he taught I was after i was carded he continued to be rude and his defense was I taught you were some one else, I left the post office in tears after being treated horribly all because I wanted my daughter Christmas presents. How is it that a civil worker has the right to choose who he would like to be nice to and is aloud to publicly humiliate a person to the point of tears and no one in including the two coworkers next to him and no one said a word. I was so upset all I could do was look at him and his co workers and tell them I hope you all have a very merry Christmas and walk out.
