This is always recommended as one of the places to get great Chicago-style pizza. I was very disappointed. You place your order when you first walk in so that you don't have to wait as long once you sit down at your table. We waited over an hour to be seated and still had to wait long once seated for our pizza anyway. When the pizza did arrive, it was cold. The cheese was not melted all the way through. It tasted like a frozen pizza. It did not seem like it was made with fresh ingredients. At least if I cooked my own frozen pizza, I'd have it hot. This is one of those places that relies on it's tourist clientele to keep business going, not quality food. Not recommended.
