I'm new to pilates and have had privates sessions with both Jamie and Melissa. My focus right now is on strengthening my super-weak abs. I was referred to them by Hruska Physical Therapy Clinic. Their instructions have been easy to follow and the best part is how patient they are with me. I've made great improvements in just a month! l look forward to continuing my program with them and gaining more strength throughout my whole core.
