Horrible!!!!!!
I just came from there ""showroom"". No sign outside the business...no door bell. The only way I was able to get inside was to call the phone number. A women called Olga came downstairs and led me upstairs. I told her we had a groupon coupon and wanted to rent a tux. She said that with the coupon we can only choose from three jackets. The jackets were totally messed up. One shoulder larger than the next and worst. I told her to show me others and if they were more than the $179 value I would pay the difference. She said that thats not their rules and that I can only take one of the three jackets. There was absolutely nothing in the fine print when I bought the coupon that said that!. I told her that I didnt see why I couldnt just pay the difference if the Tux I wanted to rent was more. She became very rude and just kept repeating ""thats all that you can rent "" and that they had no price sheet to show me. She got on the phone and called someone and started cursing me out in Russian not realizing that I spoke Russian. My husband and I just ended up walking out. I have never been treated like that before. Groupon needs to spend more time checking the stores they feature. This is a total rip off and I am now out $79 and still have no tux.
