I had my first major accident and my car was towed to Bolton Collision. Not knowing much about the process I was overwhelmed. Maryann was very professional and was available to answer alot of questions. As well when the adjuster came back with the estimate the owner, Dave took the time to explain every part to me. He also explained how you felt about refrubished part and used parts and understood my concern for use of those parts on my 2009 car. After agreeing to have the repair done at their shop, I was impressed with how prompt they were in contacting me when the repair was completed. What was even better was that Maryann was able to get ahold of my insurance company and speed up the payment process when I had failed to get ahold of them after multiple days' worth of attempts. When I went to actually pick up my car, it was amazing the condition of my car. As I said I have never been through a major accident before, I expected my car to look like a ""repaired car"". This was not the case. The car was spotless inside and out. Looked as good as the day I bought it brand new off the car lot. I was impressed. Bolton Collision was professional and patient through the whole process I would recommend them to anyone in the future requiring repair.
