Transmission help, Baloney 12/19/2010

My boyfriend and I were searching for a good deal to get our transmission rebuilt and found these guys. Took it in and 2 weeks later got it back. It took them a long time to fix it and every time we called them they either didn't answer, wouldn't call us back like they said they would or it was busy throughout the whole day/night. When we got it back, less than 200 miles later it started acting up again. We had to have it towed back to our house just to have it towed back to the shop. They did not pay for the tow back. At first Gilbert spoke with us and apologized. Said it was the torque convertor. They held on to the truck for a week and a half. This was already a very frustrating and annoying process because we were due to go on a 2000 mile road trip and this shop couldn't get our truck done. We got it back and the night before we had to go on our road trip, it stopped working again. But it sounded and acted worse than we had brought it in initially. So, obviously we're pretty angry at this point and had to get a rental. When we came back we took it back to the shop. It has been over 3 weeks now almost four and they cannot seem to come up with a good excuse as to why it's not done yet. Every time we call, they don't know what's going on, every time we show up to the shop, they have an excuse such as their builder hurt themselves. Now when we call, all we get is a busy signal. Me and my boyfriend will never do business with these people again. they've had our truck for more than 2 months now and they can't seem to fix it or call us and let us know any kind of details. Never again will we ever bring any vehicles to this facility. They're jerking our leg and has not acted professional in any manner. Appauling. Just appalling. more
