We used them several times and the service was always good, however they failed to show up on September 30th for an early morning trip to the airport and we ended up having to drive ourselves and leave the car at the airport for three weeks. We were travelling to Chicago/Rome and could not risk missing the flight. This was a big expense to us.\r

To make it worse this company prepays and we are still waiting for the payment to be refunded. We have discussed it by phone twice but still no refund.\r

I really thought we had found a car service we could rely on, but the failure to show up and the lack of handling the reund in a responsible manner means I will never use them again.\r
