I have allways felt that the employees at both locations have allways went out of there way to make sure any and all that is wrong with my car is explained to me and have allways offered meA a fair price and outstanding warranty . Precision is not the only shop that i have to in my 37 years , BUT IS THE ONLY SHOP WHERE I FELT LIKE I WAS PART OF THE TEAM THEY. THEY OFFER COUPONS IN HOUSE SPECIALS AND IF THEY SUGGEST SOMETHING MAY NEED TO BE REPAIRED OR ADDRESSED ON ANY OF MY VEHICLES AND I DO NOT GET IT FIXED WHILE IM THERE THESE GUYS WILL CALL ME REMIND ME AND OFFER ME SHUTTLE SERVICE TO WHERE EVER I MAY NEED TO GO WHILE MY CAR IS BEING REPAIRED . NOW I DONT KNOW ABOUT YOU FOLKS BUT I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED IN THAT MANNER. THEY HAVE MY LOYALTY FOR LIFE\r
