My son took one of our vehicles in for an oil change. During the process our vehicle was damaged. Since then we CAN NOT get any resolution to this problem. It's like a dog chasing it's tail with these people. They WON'T give you the name of the person you need to talk to, they just talk in circles. They should pay for the damages as any RESPONSIBLE COMPANY would do! Instead, they give you the run around. I guess they think you will eventually give up and go away. But not us! I would like for anyone else that has received damaged to their vehicles to file a civil suit against them and report them to the Better Business Bureau. They should be held responsible for damages caused by their employees. \r

The ONLY positive feedback here online is coming from the MANAGER AND THE EMPLOYEES!!! That's bad!
