STAY AWAY!!! REALLY, THIS IS NOT A MINOR COMPLAINT!!!\r

I went to American Tire Depot in the Santa Monica location of Saturday to have 4 new tires put on, and had an alignment service as well. I was there from 11:30 AM until 3 PM. There was only one person ahead of me, and a full staff was present. People that came in after me had been serviced and left long before I did. After I asked for an explanation, I received an attitude that I should have arrived a half hour earlier. When I was finally ready to leave, I drove on the freeway and the wheel was crooked, so in order to go straight, I had to turn the wheel to the right in order to do so. When I returned, I explained what was happening, and Al took my keys and gave it to the service man who did the alignment. The service man asked where the keys were, and finally got them from Al than got in my truck and started driving for about 20 minutes. No one explained this was going to happen, and would have been nice if it was. The
