First off let me say that I am not one of those people that has high expectations out of a pizza hut or any other national retail chain for that matter. I also understand having empathy for anyone that deals with the public because I also manage in retail. With that said this place is the worst place of any kind I have ever seen when it comes to customer service. Your order will be incomplete due to there lack of ability to order product. You will usually find this out long after you get there and wait for pick up. Nobody, and I mean nobody will care that it has happened every time you order from them. Not the managers there and not the district manager when you contact him. The wait staff will be an extension of the awful management going on there. So if this is the experience you are looking for .... Head on over to the Fuquay Varina Pizza Hut. They can't wait to screw you!!
