I have been frequenting Pets West for classes, supplies and food for almost 4 years. These people are great and very knowlegable. You can't please everyone and some people are just bent on finding fault, that's what I feel about the complainers. Laura is great in the show classes, as well as the other teachers. She is nationally known and respected and has NEVER been rude to anyone that I saw (other than asking an aggressive, biting dog and handler to leave).
