Mrs. Walton deliberately uses false statements, lies and fabricates stories to support her decisions. The attorneys who use her services are aware of her reckless abuse of her position because it benefits them as well. Those same attorneys will not appeal her decisions on behalf of their client because that would cause her to admit to perjury. Perjury!!!\r
She has violated the Code of Ethic and Professional Standards of Practice repeatedly, with no regard. She exploits her position of trust and has left familys crushed. This is from personal experience - My child will forever suffer from her false accusations, slanderous statements. \r
This woman took a divorce and twisted it, mangled it and fabricated it to sway the decision of a judge, so to benefit the attorney who recommended her, Sol Casseb III. He said he was a friend of hers and his daughter was going to her for counseling during this time.? During our family study - which included ( 6 months into our separation) a dog attack on my 19 month old baby by a rottweiler (who had attacked 3 others previous to this attack). This dog was owned by my (at the time) mother and father in law. My sons father moved in with his parents after our separation and he intended on living there with his parents for many years to come. Yes, a terrible accident but the owners of the dog were my inlaws at the time. The mother in law was found guilty of neglect by CPS. My son and I lived in an apartment nearby. Despite Marital Rape being the reason for our divorce, despite doctors and facts related to our marriage, Mrs. Walton deliberatly intertwined the dog attack on our child with our family study. The father refused to take our child to the necessary follow up appointments. Our son was mauled for 20 minutes before he was discovered by his grandmother, the owner of the dog!! His father refused to allow our child to go to follow up appointments. I took him to every appt. Mrs. Walton produced a slanderous family study and placed our child in the home with his father and his fathers parents, who denied owning dogs and refused to even assist with the astronomical doctors bills their dogs caused. It was heart breaking to see the father and grandparents throw my own child under the bus like that. Somehow the grandmother was able to get CPS to drop their charges against her. I (without his father) was forced to file a lawsuit against the home owners insurance of the dog owners on MY SONS BEHALF. Robin Walton did not show up for court that day of our divorce but her family study did, despite its slanderous contents. I asked multiple times to reread her own notes, provided her with the information she needed to atleast correct what she stated as fact with indeed the truth. She described me as mentally ill, money hungry and actually said I had been convicted of multiple felonies!!! She also described me as a wonderful mother, his father as irresponsible, but placed the child with his father? I have never in my life been convicted of any felonies. I have no doubt the the family study was a ploy used by my exhusbands attorney, Casseb III. I believe Mr. Casseb III knew Mrs. Walton would assist him in the destruction of me and deprive me of my child, whom I was raising on my own. She placed the child with the abusive father who lived with those guilty of neglecting him!!! Mr. Casseb II suddenly wanted to join the attorneys I hired to represent my child in the dog attack (which he apposed) so that he could be paid for representing the child in the personal injury lawsuit after being paid for representing the childs father in divorce. Well Sol did just that!!!\r
I had to file a subpoena to get copies of my files from her, it contained documents, from client sessions of OTHER PEOPLES mixed in with mine, and her own notes about me, in her own writing, opposite of the slanderous things she wrote in the family study. \r
