I have NEVER had such rude treatment by dental office staff. When I arrived 6:35 for a 6:30 appointment I was rudely told that the doctor was leaving, since ""anyway you owe a balance"". I will take my child and the $4500 worth of work I was intending to have done in January elsewhere. I am glad business is so good at the Jefferson Valley office that they can afford admin staff with the customer service skills of sandpaper and patients who are expendible . Thanks Debbie!
