I am a concierge at a five star hotel down in the Soho area. I recently came across a crazy request from a guest to have a makeup brush custom engraved and needed it within 3 hours. I called over 20 places down here in Soho and no one would take the job. I then started calling places further uptown and when i finally called Alpha they confidently said they could do it. This was after calling around 25-30 places before. I ran uptown and within an hour and a half i was holding the beautifuly custom engraved makeup brush. They saved my life as we are never alowed to say we cant to a guest. Their professionalism and timliness can not be beat. THUMBS UP!! Thanks again.
