I've been using GTM since this past August and I've been very satisfied with them. Both my sales rep Karen and the customer service reps I've dealt with, Chrystal and Lushawn, have been extremely responsive and have had everything set up on time. Their statements are timely and easy to read, and my nanny has appreciated having direct deposit and private access to all her payroll information. GTM's nanny tax calculator was also extremely helpful when I was hiring my nanny because it really helped us to understand the difference between my out of pocket costs and the nanny's take home pay (geez: who knew?). And when my first nanny dropped me after 5 weeks and I was struggling to find a new nanny in short order, GTM was great about putting a hold on my services and getting me back up and running with my new nanny.
