i been with this company about 1 years. they sending my bill to some other place & i always received disconnected notice ,extra charges i called & changed my address.still same problem i called commercial cust. service& i asked them why my bill go to another location.she hang up on me 2 times.then i called again to talk to the supervisor then she told me u need to give me reason to talk to supervisor i told her is personal then she hang up the phone 2 times.they are unexperienced people& company.after this incident i called one day& ask for my previous month bill copy by fax. they never sent me i waited for 2 hoursto get fax. then finally i changed my provider to ambit energy.
