My company would always order cakes from this bakery. The cakes are beautiful and taste good- unfortunately the staff lacks customer service. Once when I went to pick up the cake I was told they didn't have it. I nearly had a heart attack- the girl in the front was so non-chalant about it. Then the guy in the back come out with my company's cake. Another time I was trying to order a cake on the pohone and the lady on the other end was EXTREMELY RUDE. Personally I would rather buy a cake somewhere else and avoid the whole bad customer service part of this place. It's like they don't even care... their bread is overy priced for being a ""Panaderia"". I think these folks got their name out and now they think they can treat people how ever they see fit becasue hey, people will by anyway, or atleast that is the attitude they give their customers. Wnat a great cake? Want to be sure it's done on time? Want good Customer Service? Well you sont get it here. SKIP THIS PLACE!
