Made a reservation in advance to watch a college game on the main TV with sound. Spoke to the manager, Andrea, and she said I was the first to call, so the main TV was ours for a group of 15 or so. I arrived early, and she said everything was fine. There were 5 other people there who wanted to see another game, but since I reserved the main TV first, my group was promised the main TV. Five minutes before kickoff and Andrea states ""I am going back on my word. I am showing the other game for the other 5 people."" ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT. We all got up and left, and went somewhere else (Falls River Pub) and had a great time. These kind of decisions put a place out of business as word will get around about crappy management and employee's like Andrea. The funny thing is that I was considering using this place for monthly Wed night meetings for a group of 30 or more. NOT ANY MORE ANDREA!!!!
