This is the worst limo company! I booked this company because they gave me the best price and sounded somewhat friendly on the phone. However when I called them back because I had some changes in ceremony schedule, they were completely RUDE and unreasonable. The guy on the phone talk to me like I was stupid. He made me so upset I almost forfeited my deposit of 300 dollars. They decided to call me the day before the wedding to confirm the location of the pick up, which is the busiest day before the wedding! Although I had already told them the location close to the wedding day; they just decided not to write it down! Not only were they late to pick up the groom, the limo was messy and trashy. Because they were late picking up the groom and groomsmen, the ceremony was pushed back 15 minutes. And they had the audacity to rush us after the ceremony and my family couldnt take a traditional family photo at the church. The limo was the biggest mistake I made for the wedding. I thought it would be convienient to hire a limo but it was more trouble to get this company.
