Celebrity Limousine SVC

We had used this company last minute for our prom. We nor anyone we've ever known had used this company before so we were a little worried about the run. We had brought them half the deposit of what we owed them and gave the rest the day of the run. Not only was the party bus limousine on time but they arrived early to the pick up location. Our driver was a very nice man, he was kind, and even joked with us. The only bad thing about the driver was he drove sort of fast and got us to our destination earlier then planned. luckily our reservations were ready. After dinner we asked the driver if he could take us the longest way back to the next drop off area since we had the bus till 10. He did exactly told and and got us home safe with no problems! needless to say he was very kind and we had great service from this company. My niece was getting married this weekend June 11th and her fianc?e died in his sleep Tuesday night. Needless to say it was tragic and our entire family is in shock. The family called the vendors immediately on Wednesday to cancel All of the arrangements. Everyone was extremely gracious including Rosy?s Jazz Hall and the band Louisiana Spice who returned the deposits for the wedding and reception. more

We rented a stretch navigator from Celebrity Limousine and had the best time ever!!!! It was my best friend's 21st birthday. The lady was soooo helpful and awesome, she knew exactly what we wanted. The driver was cool too, he put up with all of us crazy girlz and never complained. The navigator was so cool..... I loved the neon lights inside! It was clean on the outside and the inside. My stretch navigator is already reserved for my 21st birthday!!!!!! I can't wait!!!!! xoxo more

Celebrity provided the transportation for my wedding last month and they were a pleasure to deal with all around. All of the vehicles were on time, cars were clean, and the drivers were very polite and helpful. My grandmother is in a wheel chair and they made sure she was helped in and out of the car. Our experience with Celebrity definately left an impression and we will recommend and use their services again! more

My friends decided to surprise me with a limousine for my 32nd birthday and they booked with Celebrity. The driver was amazing and very professional. He knew where all the locations we went to were and made sure we were dropped off in front and didn't have to walk. My friend said they lady she booked with over the phone was very helpful and made it easy to reserve on the phone. We were very pleased and would definately use this company for future rentals! more

This limo company was needed by my sister for her senior prom. It arrived a half hour late. Empty beer cans littered the limo. The air conditioner didn't work, and then the car broke down. On top of all that my mother tried to call and just let them know she wasn't impressed with the service, and the jackass owner(i guess) just hung up on her. Now if there is anything you absolutely don't wanna do is disrespect a Southern Boys mother. This company sucks a big one. more

Used this limo company for my niece's prom. They showed up 30 minutes late (didn't call and let us know they were gonna be late), because the original limo had broken down. They sent another limo and said we would not be charged for the upgrade from a stretch to a Navigator. Backup limo arrived and driver announces the air conditioner does not work. WHAT? 6 couples in formal wear and 80 degrees outside. Nice. The kids were good about it and said they would just ride with the windows down. They didn't want to miss their 8pm dinner reservations. As the limo was pulling away, it stopped and the kids started handing out BEER cans to their parents. The back of the limo had BEER cans strewn about from a previous outting!!! Can you imagine what would have happend if these kids had not found these beer cans before arriving at prom. The limos are searched as the kids arrive at prom to look for any drugs or alcohol....they would have been in sooo much trouble. So beer cans are cleared out and off they go. Kids call about 20 minutes later saying the backup limo has broken down and the parents need to come get them!!!! So the parents scrambled together and rushed to take cars to them. They missed their dinner reservation, had to eat where they could get in without a reservation. Completely ruined what should have been a memorable night for Senior Prom. When Celebrity Limo was called to tell them of this horrible situation, they were rude and said that night cost THEM money. They were mad because they had to call a tow truck, make repairs, etc. No apology, just a "stuff happens" attitude. We then asked to speak to JOE the owner. RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL person. When told that his attitude towards us sucked, he said, "you suck." and hung up the phone!!! DO NOT USE THIS LIMO COMPANY FOR ANYTHING!!!! THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY!!!! more

This is the worst limo company! I booked this company because they gave me the best price and sounded somewhat friendly on the phone. However when I called them back because I had some changes in ceremony schedule, they were completely RUDE and unreasonable. The guy on the phone talk to me like I was stupid. He made me so upset I almost forfeited my deposit of 300 dollars. They decided to call me the day before the wedding to confirm the location of the pick up, which is the busiest day before the wedding! Although I had already told them the location close to the wedding day; they just decided not to write it down! Not only were they late to pick up the groom, the limo was messy and trashy. Because they were late picking up the groom and groomsmen, the ceremony was pushed back 15 minutes. And they had the audacity to rush us after the ceremony and my family couldnt take a traditional family photo at the church. The limo was the biggest mistake I made for the wedding. I thought it would be convienient to hire a limo but it was more trouble to get this company. more

OMG, this business is just horrible. First of all when I set up an appointment to meet with them to take a look at the limos, my 1st impression was what the hell!!The chic came to meet me in pajamas, that is so unprofessional. On top of that she had me sitting waiting for her for damn near 30 minutes. Then when I went to their place of business to sign the paperwork, it was inside of their house, which is not a problem because many businesses are ran out of homes. But when you have a big a** cat laying across the desk, that is a major problem. We were in the middle of doing paperwork & this cat just lays right in front of me on the desk. I was like "Oh no". Ok so I didn't think nothing of it, I just went on to do the paperwork. Well, about a month & a half before my wedding I called to let them know that its been postponed. The chic immediately got an attitude & said "Well you have to put down the whole amount in order to postpone or cancel". I'm like well you know what just cancel the date because i'm not putting down the rest of the money. Well a month later I gets a phone call from the owner & he immediately got an attitude & said they didnt get a call from me saying i postponed. I argued with him & said yes I did, i spoke with a female. He said well she said she didnt speak to you. I told him well just cancel it. He got even more mad & said oh well you just lose your deposit. I said, Ok that's fine, no problem. Then he slammed the phone down. So with that being said, i'm not a bit upset that I lost out on the deposit. I feel great knowing I don't have to deal with them & their nasty attitudes & poor service.
