Very disappointing experience. Called and arranged for cleaning. Was asked if I preferred a.m or p.m., said it didn't matter. Appointment set at 8:00 a.m. At 8:30 no one there, no answer at office. At 9:10 still no one, finally reached office, said to expect them at 10:00. Finally they show up at 11:00. Was told cleaners had a flat and they would refund part of my payment. Arrange a 2nd cleaning and again no one shows. Call office and they say they don't have it scheduled. Cancel service ask about my refund and they agree to send it. Now 2 months later still no check. I would definitely no use or recommend!!!
