Have been going to Rigsby Clinic for longer than Dr Procter has been there and have had no problems until yesterday(10-18-10). I took one of my cats to have his claws clipped. I held him and the tech did the back-no problem. Started to do the front and he got a little grumpy and p.o.'d. By the time she had finished that one she said she was going to take him to the back to finish the other. After a fairly long wait and hearing him really squalling she brought him out and said she got all but one done and he was just too agitated. \r
I took him up front and was informed it would be $20. Last year he had it done and it was $8. When my Mom called to question the charge she was informed it was $20 because he had acted up and it took 4 people to hold him down. I guess I was charged $4 for each person for their time. Not a happy camper.
