This is in response to a submission attributed to Danille W. I have spoken to our sales staff and delivery staff and no one remembers this matter. It is implausible that anyone in our company would handle a customer in such a manner. Mega Mattress does not deliver the wrong merchandise nor do we use expletives when communicating with customers. I am at a loss to explain this matter but invite Danielle to contact us via email using the info@megamattress.com email address. Our delivery staff regularly wins accolades for our service and is fully equiped regarding tools, etc. We have been doing business in this area since May of 2003 and have never had an unresiolved issue with the customer, BBB or state attorney generals office. It should be noted there are currently no pending issues open with any regulatory body or organization and Mega Mattress.\r
