I called them on an ad from Craigslist and spoke to Adele Pincus, one of the owners. She could not be more informative, friendly & above all, helpful. She showed me several great apartments (the best selection I've seen) and I loved one of them. She led me through the application process and walked me through all my fears. Her husband & business partner, Kenny was also very helpful in explaining the process & letting me know what was required to get the apartment. Needless to say I live in a fabulous building in Forest Hills, am extremely happy and have recommended all my friends to use Pincus Realty.
