I think they do OK work, but you can't trust them on their word for anything. I sold a vehicle to them, they never registered it in their own name, let some tweaker friend of theirs borrow it, get a bunch of tickets. 4 or 5 times now they said they would take care of it, and every time I get screwed over and have to take care of it myself. Ray seems like a nice guy, but every time he's told me "ill take care of it" - that has meant go screw yourself. I try to have faith in people when they give their word and I couldn't be more disappointed in every dealing ive had with them.
