I have been eating sushi since 1987. It is my favorite food. I eat a lot, so I love the sushi buffets that have sprung up over the last decade or so. I eat sushi approximately 3 times a week. My favorite buffet used to be the "Crazy Buffet" , but over the years the freshness has taken a steep down turn. Also, I have to complain about the present management as well. The place isn't what it used to be. \r
Now, Kyojin in Boca, I have to say is fantastic. I have no complaints. It is, however, too far to just drive to on a whim.\r
Edo Sushi in Boca is quite good, as well, but also a little far from my home.\r
This brings us to Ginza, which was suggested by a friend. I have been there 6 times in the last three weeks, and I'm meeting a client there today. Thus far, the sushi and sashima have been competitive with the freshest I have ever eaten. They have a nice assortment, and although spinach and avacado aren't actually sushi, I like the way they present them, as such. Another great thing about this restaurant is their $10 lunch. AND ITS FRESH!!!, so far. \r
Ginza, don't change a thing. Don't follow in the footsteps of the "Crazy Buffet" and drop your quality to save money. Keep up the good work, and you'll continue to get great reviews from me and anyone that really loves sushi.
