Complete Carpet Care cleaned one wool area rug in my den, master bedroom, master bath, master closet, guest bedroom, office & removed one spot in bonus room - all carpeted. Len Greech was on time, fairly expensive, but I trusted him to do a good job. He devoted a lot of time giving me an estimate and did not pressure me. He went the ""extra mile"" while on the job. I did get other estimates. He had been recommended by two friends. I will hire him again.
