I had a very dirty area rug in my living room. I gave a call to Mr. Creech with Complete Carpet Care because of the excellent work he has done with the common area carpet in the building in which I live. He was very informative about the cleaning process of my wool rug, and gave me different cleaning options, explaining the method and price of each. We made an appointment for him to come over and inspect the rug. He gave me a pair of glasses to wear while he sprayed a chemical on the rug to determine if it had pet urine spots on it, which if it did, would require a special type of cleaning. With the glasses on, I could see different spots illuminated, but none were liquid stains. We decided on the method of cleaning, he took the rug, had it cleaned and returned to me in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the results and professional service I received.
